

I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m Carrie. When I was 25 years old, I hopped on a jet and landed in London, England.
As soon as I stepped off that plane, I knew beyond the shadow of a doubt that I was engaging my calling. A year later, I graduated from Le Gordon Bleu as a professional chef, with a Grand Diplome. In this adventure, I was also privileged to take a Master Sugar Workshop with Colin Martin, the number one sugar artist in the world at that time.
So many people see their jobs as “just a job.” I am so blessed to do what I dearly love and am so called to do! I am always thinking about food, what I can create next, and how I am going to combine joy and nutrition to create food that others will both crave and love.
Food matters so much! It contributes to moods, energy levels, our behaviors and even how we sleep. It is a complete offering.
A few years ago, I was invited to a doTERRA event that changed the path my culinary offerings were on.
I already used the oils personally but hadn’t thought about the opportunity to both influence and impact the flavor of food. We can’t influence every aspect of food supply, but we can change and enhance so much with doTERRA essential oils.
Not everyone will diffuse or apply oils topically, but everyone has to eat. The impact of using essential oils in our foods is immediate, even if we don’t realize it.
Please allow me to educate you for a minute about herbs and spices. They are ineffective unless you know how to bloom them. They aren’t always harvested with cleanliness and utmost integrity in mind.
Anyone can use doTERRA essential oils! Open a spice or seasoning and then open an essential oil. Sniff deeply. Oils are pure, clean, ethically sourced and harvested and in many ways make food bloom for us!
I season aggressively and with reckless abandon. Everything should come to the table perfectly seasoned. I am here to provide you with the knowledge to deliver on that over and over again. I’ve even created a seasoning, honey, and mustard using the oils, to offer an even greater foundation to enhance what we are creating. Check them out!
